Products are manufactured in Turkey.

Which delivery terms do you work with?

We can work with all delivery terms in order to discuss before deal (EXW – Ex Works, FCA – Free Carrier, CPT – Carriage Paid to, CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid to, DAT – Delivered at Terminal, DAP – Delivered at Place, DDP – Delivered Duty Paid, FAS – Free Alongside Ship, FOB – Free On Board, CFR – Cost and Freight, CIF – Cost, Insurance and Freight) according to Incoterm 2010 regulations.

Which payment methods and currency do you accept ?

It depends the project conditions in general. We accept T/T payment methods in Euro, US Dollar , Turkish Liras , If otherwise is not stated.

How can I order your products or use your lighting solution service?

After confirmation our offer, you should make an advance or full payment in 30 days to start manufacturing according to payment conditions in the offer, if otherwise is not stated.

Which costs does your unit price include?

If otherwise is not stated, our unit price does not include taxes or shipping costs and the delivery condition is according to EXWorks-Basaksehir/İstanbul in Incoterm 2010.

Which details including in your offer?

After submitting your request and specifications of your project or product, we will prepare an offer for you includes terms and conditions of delivery and payment and specifications of the product.
